I designed an ordering app for a fictional bakery, following a comprehensive process that included paper wireframes, digital wireframes, mockups, and both low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes.
To ensure the design met the needs of diverse users, I conducted participant interviews and gathered feedback, refining the user flow based on their insights for an optimized experience.
